My husband is recovering well after two stents were implanted in his heart attack Fortis Anandapur, Kolkata. What impressed me most was Dr. Mukherjee's compassionate and patient approach. Unfortunately, the seconds spent with him in the chamber were so few, one could count them with the fingers. Wrote my vitals wrong, couldn't possess the power to truly investigate and left me having questions unanswered. 1300/ gone in the wind. Should really go back to the drawing board and ask himself if he really cares for anything other than good old fashioned cash. Its embarrassing that he's from barrackpore and was once really admired for his work. I hope oneday he'll realise patients especially of low income groups deserve empathy, thoughtfulness and attention like the rich ones. Kindly don't prescribe tests just because he'll get commission from those .

I had a very very bad experience. My mother had arrhythmia (irregular heart beat) and we went for consultation while she was having too fast heart beat. Doctor was too keen to do an angioplasty and asked us to get it done immediately despite her heart beat being extremely high, which is never recommended. Thankfully the radiologist denied going ahead with angioplasty citing her fast heartbeat and she was spared. Later we took a second opinion from a different doctor, who confirmed that first she should have been given medicine to reduce heartbeat first.
Don't recommend anyone to go to him. He appeared too money minded.

I visited Dr. Mukherjee on 25-06-24 for the first time on the basis of advice of my uncle for the first time. Though time is not ripe enough for me to post any logical review after first visit yet I could not resist myself from sharing my maiden experience. Dr. Sir is a nice well behaved person, taken every note of my problem with utter attention. A doctor is known as a living GOD and I am blessed enough to see him.
