His humble behaviour made me feel heard and secure. My sincere appreciation also goes to Dr. Gargi (Anaesthesiologist) for her friendly, cooperative, and empathetic nature. Her gentle words and comforting tone relieved my pre-surgery anxiety. Nursing Care: The nursing staff were attentive, well-trained, and incredibly supportive. Their timely responses and compassionate care reflected true dedication to patient well-being. Cleanliness & Infrastructure: The hospital was spotless, with excellent hygiene maintained throughout. Really good, clean and responsible Superspeciality Hospital at Kolkata with good and caring qualified doctors, efficient and smiling nurses and other medical staff. Service at the Reception & Billing counters have improved a lot from the previous chaotic state. However, the food served at the cafetaria is awful and unappetizing. It's menu for patients too is pretty simple and costly yet lacking in variety and taste.
