South Heart Clinic and Diagnostic Centre

Most unprofessional testing centre. Zero punctuality,also do not value patients time. This is a live review, currently my parents are waiting to get a TMT echo. Their appointment time was at 4pm, they are still waiting, at 7pm for one single test. Reception is not picking up calls now. If you value your time, avoid this place. They charge more than hospitals and have zero service.

In one word, a very very bad and unprofessional place. My father did Echo cardiography colour Doppler study(2400/-) from this center. They provided the report, but they didn't provide the plates. Rather they are providing the plate pictures in a CD drive which is actually obsolete and can't be readable from anywhere except their computer. When I asked them to provide the plates(as my father's doctor always see the plates, not report), they denied, when I asked them to provide those pictures in my pendrive, they denied and told it's not their policy, they are not allowed to provide any plates. So, this is kind of, you are doing an x-ray and you are not getting any plates which is very much weired and not expected at all. Upon arguing, they provided a pdf file with the pictures which his doctor will not accept. Also, my father did ECG as well from this center, they provided graphs, but not report which is completely different and unprofessional than every other diagnostic centers. There is no reliability. Please avoid this place for any kind of tests, not recommended at all.

Dr. Saha is one of the best cardiologist in city and here he is very much accessible..almost no wait time..all tests could be done out here..my dad is around 80 years old and under his treatment for last 4 years and he is doing very well..i thinkwhen a doctor speaks to his patient and hears him out half his ailments are cured..only 1 request please keep the fees low

My experience there was good. All precautions are being taken there. Staffs are helpful. It can be easily located as well.
