I recently visited Specialist Clinic & Diagnostic for a check-up and some cardio lab tests, and I am thoroughly impressed by their exceptional services. The team of staff at the center is truly exceptional. The cardiologists are highly skilled and took the time to explain every aspect of my consultation and tests in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. The pathology team was efficient, thorough, and prompt with delivering my test results, and they were always available to answer any follow-up questions I had.

This is the best diagnostic centre and OPD clinic in the entire region upto Bangladesh border. They are well organised, client friendly, efficient and equipped with all the state of the art diagnostic instruments. More than 70 doctors specialised in various fields of medicine hold chambers in this clinic. Their test reports are highly reliable.

Very bad experience of booking appointments for OPD doctors. Receptionist said booking will be available f4om 7 am in the morning for Sunday appointments. But I tried calling on 7 am, no one is picking up or declined the call. When got a chance to connect all booking is done.

"To the management of the specialist clinic and diagnostic center, Please revise your system to ensure only one patient is in a doctor's chamber at a time. Allowing multiple patients compromises privacy and well-being. During my visit to Dr. Amal Bhattacharjee on March 16th, I was called in while another patient was already present. He addressed both of us simultaneously in an unprofessional and inconsiderate manner, failing to give either of us proper attention. His behavior was also unnecessarily rude and dismissive.We expect a senior doctor of his stature to be more polite and empathetic. Since this is not his personal chamber, the clinic management must take responsibility for maintaining professional standards."

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit on 4th aprill 2025 for a consultation with Dr. Shekhar Paul and medical tests. Overall, my experience was amezing . All of the staff are very professional and friendly, Specially on OPD desk.

All the staff including group d they're really helpful and friendly. The communication about patient party the doctor are really good . The clinic always net and clean.

The experience was good.Now I usually visit there for treatment. Overall all is good.
