Absolutely pathetic service. I went to this medical shop to buy some medicine and eye drops( as I was in urgent need)--there was no crowd or rush, yet the man working there didn't even bother to respond. Just sat there with a useless attitude, completely ignoring. When someone visits a pharmacy to purchase medicine, they are paying for it. It's not a charity, so there's no reason to act superior. No customer is going to tolerate your staff acting high and mighty for absolutely no reason. Whether the medicine is available or not, basic courtesy and professionalism are expected--especially in a medical store. It's not just about selling medicine; it's about how you treat the people who walk through your door, often needing help. This employee clearly lacked the manners and customer service skills required for such an environment. My suggestion to the store management: before running a medical shop, please ensure your staff is properly trained to deal with customers respectfully. It's a medical store, not your personal hangout. If your staff don't know how to behave with customers may be teach them some basic manners first before letting them deal with people running pharmacy is not just about stacking pills it's about knowing how to treat people with basic respect. get it together

I would like to thank the entire team of Airview clinic, In this trouble time none of the pharmacy were ready to deliver medicine in Salbari as it is outside the main town. They were the only one who were so patient with my request and delivered the medicine to my mother who was in pain and without assistance. Thank you would be such a small word for this heavenly deed.
