Wonderful staff in North Bengal Medica. They highlighted scheme for Sikkim Government Employees which I wasn't aware of. This proves their loyalty towards patients and the hospital. Doctor Reba is like a mother, ever smiling and thoughtful about patients concerns Her assistant nurse( I don't know her name but the one who is with Dr. Reba during morning appointments) is great person. A welcoming assistant makes the patients day. Thankyou North Bengal Medica for taking care of us. We are hopeful our journey with you will be easy. After getting admitted Construction right outside the window of the nursery and cabins, noise doesn't allow you to sleep. Is Money everything or patients well-being!! Got severe headache due to noise. Had to gulp pills to sleep. 5 stars given earlier was only for doctors and staff. 1 Star is for the Management. If Management wants to see what type of food is being served look at the left overs, don't seek feedback from patients.

I had to visit Manipal Hospital recently for a family member's treatment, and overall, the experience was quite good. The doctors were professional and seemed genuinely invested in the patient's well-being and they took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options clearly, which really helped ease our concerns. The hospital is clean and fairly well-organized, the nursing staff was attentive, and the facilities seemed up to date. One thing I appreciated was the way they handled follow-ups -- we got timely reminders and support.

In this hospital the environment is very clean & I'm a patient & here treatment is very good ... Dr sandip Sen is the best consultant in siliguri.The staffs has also very good behavior & personality... So I'm rating this 5 star. Thank you

A special note of appreciation to Mr Ritin Mitra, Laxmi Roy, TPA desk and the admission counter for your professionalism, efficiency and helful attitude which made everything easier. Dr Rajesh agarwal, Dr Abhijeet, Dr Sumin has a very good sense of Dr to Patient bonding which helped a great deal in the healing process. Finally We were really impressed the way we were approached and regularly updated by the Patient Management team headed by Madam Deepbyasha Chettri.Post discharge she made an extra effort and came over with a jade plant and a diary as a token of love from Manipal to our residence along with Mr Swapan Paswan for suggestions and grievances if any. She was upto the mark and we are very happy that Manipal is taking over and have started this patient management dept which will eventually help Manipal aptly headed by a perfect person, Madam Deepbyasha Chettri. The hospital is very good with all the facilities. It has the best team of doctors, nursing team, management and all the staffs. The staffs are very humble and they are very caring and supportive. My experience is very good here. Now being Manipal it is the best thing happened. We can avail the best care at our own place.
