From bottom of my heart it's a great experience for me to admit here. I would like to thanks Dr Soumish Sengupta who operates my leasure surgery for stone yesterday 28/04/2025 and I also like to thanks Mr Vabesh Sir who is too supportive and polite. All the nurses and ground staff are too helpful and down to earth. Miss Rupali And miss Dipa ( Staff Nurse) are too too helpful. They have taken great care of me since the operation and I will be truly indebted to them forever. You will truly be in my heart forever. Thank you Kins Hospital. once again thank you all the staff of the hospital.

I've had the opportunity to visit the hospital a few times, and each time, I've been genuinely impressed by the exceptional service and the warmth of the staff. Kudos to the team -- the patient already feels better just seeing your warm faces and kind smiles.

Doctor is very best and good behaviour mr sandeep saha.and the service is good.not the best as previously we seen,and the some charges are illogical added that's not so important.overall previously charges r good since 3yrs to 4yrs ago.and also the food charges are very high

My father recently underwent a kidney stone operation at KINS Hospital, Siliguri, and I would like to share our overall experience. First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Falguni Sarkar for his constant support throughout the process. He was extremely helpful and made sure my parents were comfortable and informed at every step, which really made a difference during a stressful time. The operation was carried out by Dr. Soumish Sengupta, and we were very impressed by his calm and polite demeanor. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail before the surgery, ensuring that we were well-informed and at ease. His professional and reassuring approach gave us a lot of confidence. Post-operation care was also commendable. The nursing staff were attentive, kind, and supportive, making my father's recovery process much smoother. However, one area that could use improvement is the reception staff. Unfortunately, our experience with Ms. Yolmo and her female colleague at the front desk was not very positive. They were not welcoming, and their cold attitude made it difficult to get basic information or assistance. At times, we had to run around and approach senior management just to get things done, which added unnecessary stress. Overall, while there were some hiccups with the reception experience, the medical care and support staff were excellent. I'm grateful to the hospital team--especially Mr. Sarkar, Dr. Sengupta, and the nurses--for their care and professionalism.

I would like to express my feelings towards Kins hospital for caring my Dad with big hearts and with respectively. I want to thanks Doctor soumish Sengupta I have no words to say about his work..very politeness very respect very honest...mostly hatsoff to his work kidney stone operation..I personally suggest you all the kidney stone patients and others patients to come and visit the kins hospital...And meet and greet Manager Neeraj sir he will helps you with open heart..Thank you Neeraj sir for helping us with respect and honest.. All the nurses are very good and soft spoken and caring..Thanks to nurses and others staffs..so,I would to Thanks to Mampi Mamfor helping and giving me all the information she is very frankly and honest to us(Receiption department) Once again Thanks to Doctor SenguptaGod blessed you sir and save the life of all kidney patients Thanks to Neeraj sir for Helping us.. Dr. Soumish Sengupta (urologist) is very cooperative and one of the best urologist in Siliguri. Hospital service may be improved.
