My father was admitted to Paramount Hospital from May 5 to May 17. During his stay, we experienced good service from most of the staff. Our doctor Dr. NR Halder was exceptionally busy, yet he took excellent care of my father. As soon as he reached the hospital, he was surrounded by patients' family members seeking updates, and despite the chaos, he took the time to personally update me on my father's condition, explaining everything in detail. The only area for improvement was the few male security guards at the main gate, who could have been more friendly. Also, the security process could have been stronger if the guards insisted on seeing the physical visiting card instead of allowing entry based on the picture of the card. I have seen many people only showing the picture of the visiting card, which may compromise security. Additionally, the visiting time could be extended, as sometimes the legal guardians of patients are neglected due to the limited time frame. Despite these minor issues, we were very satisfied with the treatment and care provided by Dr. NR Halder and the hospital staff. We would definitely recommend Paramount Hospital to others.

The hospital services are good, the behaviour of all the nurses and staff is very good, the doctors are also very good. One of the best hospital..Dr . Vivek sarkar is too good. My father was admitted to Paramount Hospital through ECHS in the general ward. He is a psychiatric patient and needed a little extra care and attention due to his condition. Unfortunately, we felt that this was not adequately provided. Psychiatric patients require a more sensitive and attentive approach, which seemed to be lacking during his stay. I hope the hospital considers this seriously and improves care standards for mentally ill patients in the future.

My father was operated for gall bladder stone. The service of all the nurse and support staff has been amazing. They have been supportive throughout. Dr Vivek Sarkar was jovial and came on rounds on a timely basis. Even the billing process and claim settlement was smooth. I would recommend people to come a visit Paramount for health care and treatment.

Great hospital with excellent doctors, nurses, and support staff. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality care. Dr. Tanya, the gynaecologist here, is truly outstanding--well-versed with all the latest treatments and very approachable.

Very good service, very helpful all stuff including sisters and ward boys. Doctors are absolute caring and professional. They know how to treat with smile. Dr. Vivek Sarkar ji is the best surgeon in north bengal associate with Paramount Hospital who did my piles surgery with 100% success.

The sraff was friendly and the doctor was very friendly and able to talk in detail.The treatment are done in phases and therefore can see results in each phase. Highly recommend.

My mother is receiving good care during her hospitalization and is recovering well. I'm satisfied with the medical services and patient care. However, it would be appreciated if the attending doctor could keep the guardians/relatives updated on her current condition in a more prominent manner
