Very bad service. Reports delivery were delayed and had to constantly call and remind. The receptionist is rude. And even for consultation about report with doctor, you have to wait in line. Doctor is available only once a week whereas I was told she sits twice a week. So inconvenient in case of urgent need.

And I just Had to add, The Owner is Very nice and Polite, Answers every query over phone. Trust me, Cause me like Buy 4000 medicine every month and save a hell lot of money :)

The behavior of the doctor who does the ultrasound test is very bad. Moreover the medicine shop's staffs are irresponsible too.Even after getting the reports the doctors don't come to see them.

Points which I am giving is only for the location and enough staff to handle. I would call this as a faul advertisement stating 18% discount but in reality it is giving only 6% discount as they are deducting 6% each as state GST and central GST. Just be aware that is is just 6% discount. "Be alert". I have to buy medicine because it is the most closest medicine shop to my house.

The management and Siliguri pharmacy are worst and the doctors keep patients wait for a long time because they don't follow scheduled timings.They take high charges for giving files to patients which are way more high than the visiting charges of doctors.The charges of blood test are also high and they don't even give proper report.
