I had an outstanding experience at American Hospital. From the moment I arrived, The staff was professional, courteous, and truly caring. The tall young guy in green suit at attendance really amazed me with his skills and his attitude towards patients was very friendly and efficient and guided me very professionally unfortunately I don't remember his name but he make me very comfortable throughout my visit. The dr Carla/cardiologist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and empathy. What really stood out was how organized everything was--from registration to diagnostics and follow-up. I never felt rushed, and I could tell the staff genuinely cared about my well-being. Highly recommend American Hospital for anyone seeking high-quality healthcare with a human touch. Kudos to the entire staff!

American clinic in galleria barsha mall has really easy and smooth process. This is my second visit to dr dina for my eyes, she took extra care with needed tests to check my eyes sue to being so watery and tired/dry. Very lovely dr even with kids. Airsu the nurse also was very helpful.
