American Hospital did not fail my expectations, from the structure of the admission building to the services of the staffs, they are all polite. Plus I was so greatful that Dr. Alaa of the gynae onco department was the one who operated me.i felt safe in his hands.My operation was successful because of his skills.He did his visits on me except Saturday because it is his off, he explains to me well what happened during the surgery. Also gives advices and instructions. And as I heard from the nurses he is well loved by them because of his kind and jolly gestures and respect to the nurses also. Also to mention the quality of foods they provide. Like you are in a hotel. And the view fr my window is amazing. Thank you staffs and doctors of American Hospital.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at American Hospital for the outstanding care I received during my recent stay. Being admitted in such a difficult condition was overwhelming, but from the moment I arrived, I felt supported and comforted. The attention and compassion shown to me made all the difference. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, cared for, and treated with dignity. Each person I encountered--nurses, doctors, and support staff--treated me with such kindness and patience that I truly felt like I was surrounded by family. Thanks to their thoughtful care, I was discharged feeling much better and deeply thankful. Choosing American Hospital was absolutely the right decision, and I'm forever grateful for the incredible team that helped me through this experience.

Mr Anel Sedic has been amazing for me very helpful with my progress, i am a football player and i have been having knee problems and throughout different small problems that disturb my performance but with his approach to the Rehabilitation he has tackled every point and its been 5 sessions and i feel way better. We are still working and progressing as he keeps track of all my progress so i know he pays attention to me. And this care has been perfect for me and very helpful

American Hospital does it best. 100% recommended in the Dubai area. I have the opportunity of staying here overnight and the experience was amazing. Great customer service, totally renovated, latest surgery Robotics, newly renovated rooms, smells amazing, and the staff will treat you super to make you feel welcome at home. Rm 181 best view ever.

Exceptional Care & Outstanding Staff! I recently had an incredible experience at American Hospital, thanks to their dedicated and compassionate team. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and warmth of the staff made me feel valued and well-cared for. A special shout-out to George Hajjar, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and needs were met. His expertise, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out--he is an asset to the hospital and a testament to their high standards of patient care. The facilities are top-notch, the environment is clean and welcoming, and every staff member I interacted with was courteous and efficient. American Hospital clearly prioritizes patient well-being, and it shows in every aspect of their service. Thank you to George and the entire team for making a challenging time much easier.

If 0 stars were possible, I would have given that. Being called the worst would be an upgrade for American Hospital. To get the clinic to call back, takes minimum 6-7 calls. The test for my toddler was done almost a month back, and I'm still following up for the report. Doctor is amazing. Building and cleanliness amazing. But God forbid, you need any assistance over call apart from booking doctor's appointment, it would just not happen. Poor customer care keeps saying sorry, let's us try calling clinic (clinic never picks up EVER), clinic will call you back (nope, doesn't call back - neither the nurse nor the department manager), we will ask clinic to atleast send the reports (going to be a month soon, haven't still received the reports) and apologies for your experience (truthfully I need my toddler's report, not apology). Customer service even labels as urgent and important and every other word, but no, clinic will not call back. I mean clinic is busy for 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, but come on, you are busy since a month to even give a call back despite multiple calls from customer? Same happened when I wanted call back from nurse to confirm something in preparation of the test, I literally had to call multiple times times throughout the day to receive a callback in the late evening. God only save you if you ever have to get a callback from them. For me, saying that American hospital's service is the worst if you are not physically present there, would be absolute truth.

I highly recommend my physiotherapist Sadaf ! From the very first session, she took the time to really listen, understand my concerns, and explain everything clearly. The treatment plan was tailored to my needs, and I noticed real improvement much faster than I expected. Her professionalism is matched by genuine care and encouragement, which made every appointment something I actually looked forward to. I'm so grateful for the progress I've made and the confidence I've gained in my recovery -- truly an exceptional physiotherapist!

Extremely Disappointed with the American Hospital Dubai I had high expectations from a hospital of this reputation, but my experience has been consistently frustrating. Despite booking appointments in advance, the waiting time is completely unacceptable -- I've had to wait over 2 hours past my scheduled time more than once. What's the point of booking an appointment if the schedule is not respected? The front desk support is also very poor -- disorganized, unhelpful, and often lacking basic communication skills. Instead of providing clear information or updates, they seem indifferent to patients' time and concerns. This level of service is not what you'd expect from a facility that promotes itself as world-class. Very disappointing.
