I had a great experience at the American Hospital Dental Clinic. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made everything smooth and stress-free. Everyone was kind, helpful, and very understanding.
Dr. Alaa and her assistants did excellent work. I normally find dental visits difficult, but they were patient and gentle throughout, even with the extensive work I needed. Dr Alaa in particular was incredibly supportive and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time.
Dr Lana The pediatric dentist was beyond amazing. She made my daughter who has anxiety from dental visits feel at ease.
I would also like to express my appreciation for the care provided by Dr. Julian, the dermatologist at the American Hospital. He was attentive, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very helpful and clearly knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking professional dermatological care.

The physicians are excellent, yet you find yourself waiting at the pharmacy three times longer than your consultation! I am puzzled as to when this will be addressed, considering I have been a regular patient for many years! This issue recurs every time.. For dermatology, I consistently visit Dr. Sameer; he is outstanding and has significantly improved my skin, earning a perfect score of 10/10.

My daughter had severe anxiety about the dentist and even refused to enter the clinic in Media City, crying and shaking. I was helpless--until a kind lady approached her, spoke gently, and somehow turned her fear into laughter. She was truly magical! I believe her name was Sarah, the clinic manager. I can't thank her enough.
Dr. Lana was equally amazing--professional, kind, and incredibly gentle with my daughter. We both felt completely at ease. I'm so glad I chose this clinic and will definitely return for my own treatment.

Unprofessional and always delayed even when there aren't many patients!!!
The staff isn't motivated to do even the bare minimum.
The hospital also lost all the patient data due to some cyber attack according to the reception which shows the poor security and eliminates all trust in this organization.
Staff takes pictures of the patient IDs on their personal phones !

I had an amazing experience with dr. Oksana Mudra. She is a professional, has a complex approach and knows what she's doing very well. I felt very taken care of and I want to trust her, amazing doctor. And then on reception it was all messed up with a nurse shouting out sensitive details about my appointment with a man sitting next to me. It was unbelievably unprofessional, I tried to show her to keep it down with signs of my hands but she kept going and I had to verbally ask her to keep it down. Extremely embarrassing
