I don't have enough words to describe how incredible the experience was at CMC hospital. Especially because of our OBGYN Dr. VITALI PETUKHOU who was always supportive, kind, patient and extremely caring about each follow up we had during my pregnancy. My case wasn't easy and Dr Vitali made sure that everything is under his control so we could deliver a healthy baby. Because of my condition we had to plan a C-section before 12h, which I was very afraid of but everything was smooth and the recovery is going super fast. Believe me, Dr. Vitali has golden hands that 12h after the CS I was able to walk without support and even used my first bathroom without having any pain. The way he does the cut is unique so you are able to recover without any pain and suffer. He is a magician and his energy made me to trust him for 100% Also Id like to thank the whole team who was assisting him during the delivery and postpartum period. Especially anesthesiologist Elie he did an excellent job with epidural injection. Postpartum care was very helpful. Our midwife Bincy , Mary, and Marie Kriss were always there for me and my son with extra care. And also the other ladies who was assisting were super friendly and professional. I really couldn't ask for more. I've never imagine that delivery experience can be like this. I felt I don't want to leave the hospital at all! BIG BIG thank you Dr. VITALII and CMC hospital!!! After a difficult experience with the Finance and Medical Records departments that lasted nearly a month, I finally received a call from Ms. Rana from the Patient Experience Department. From the very beginning, she took full ownership of the matter, kept me informed of every update, and followed up consistently until the issue was fully resolved. What stood out the most was her dedication and sincerity, which were clearly reflected in her voice and actions. She kept every promise she made, and her commitment truly made a difference in turning this negative experience around. The rating I'm giving here is not for the hospital itself, but solely for Ms. Rana, for her professionalism, empathy, and continuous follow-up.

I am truly grateful to Dr. Purnima for her exceptional care and support throughout my wife pregnancy and especially during my wife normal delivery. She was calm, confident, and encouraging at every stage, which helped my wife stay strong and positive. Her professionalism and personal attention made the entire journey smooth and safe. Dr ravis's team is literally the best out there. I trust their judgement in everything. I moved to this hospital when he moved with his team. anne his nurse and sayed are very helpful and understanding and help in everyway they can. Anne is extremely helpful.
