I visited the Center for extensive medical evaluations and received excellent care and treatment with: Ophthalmology, Urology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Psychology, and Polysomnography. This included multiple x-rays and MRI's. Each department treated me professionally and compassionately. The staff is very well trained and experienced. The doctors and technicians work well with each other, and the reception, pharmacy, and administrative staff are some of the best I have encountered. Special kudos to Bindu, the Operations Supervisor, who balanced a busy schedule over four days to make sure all the tests, examinations and evaluations were done in the short time I had available. I would not hesitate to return again.

I had an outstanding experience with my septoplasty performed by Dr. Hatem and his amazing team. From the very beginning, I felt supported and well cared for. Bindu at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful--she even gave me her personal number as a 24-hour helpline in case I needed anything during my recovery. That level of care and commitment is rare and so appreciated. The post-op attention was top-tier. At each check-up, they made sure I was healing well, provided extra medication when necessary, and carefully cleaned my wounds. I always felt like a priority, never just another patient. Communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Hatem and his team for anyone considering a septoplasty. I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Rami Hamed Medical Center for a few days recently for some VA medical claims that I wanted to take care of. My overall experience there was EXCEPTIONAL!!! The staff was very professional and very friendly, made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Thank you to all. I was very pleased with being able to take care of all my claims in such a short time span, but they were very thorough with everything. What an experience - we are simply grateful! Within just one hour, everything was taken care of: the initial consultation, MRI evaluation, and the right treatment - all handled with a level of clarity and efficiency we've never experienced before. After a disappointing meniscus surgery in Germany and ongoing pain, we had almost lost hope for quick and effective help. But then we met Dr. Rami Hamed. His expertise, his calm and confident manner, and the kindness of the entire team made us feel understood and truly cared for from the very first moment.
