We had an excellent experience at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Center on Sheikh Zayed Road. From the first point of contact, everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, and welcoming - starting with the staff at the reception desk, who were friendly and efficient, setting a positive tone for our visit. The nurses were equally professional and compassionate, making sure we felt comfortable throughout. A special mention goes to Dr. Mustafa Hammad, who was truly exceptional. He took the time to listen to us carefully and provided his expert opinion regarding our son with such clarity and empathy. His calm, reassuring presence and genuine care immediately put us at ease and gave us great confidence in the treatment plan. We were also very impressed with the laboratory technicians, who handled our son with such kindness and patience. They managed the entire process so gently that he barely felt a thing - which, as any parent knows, makes all the difference. The service throughout our visit was excellent, and the clinic seems to be perfectly managed - everything was smooth, organized, and professional. Great job to the whole team, we are definitely recommending this hospital and will be coming back whenever needed!

I am frequently visiting this medical center, a high end clinic that exceeded my expectations in every way. The facility is located in a very convenient place, Sheikh Zayed Road, far from any trafic and easily accessible from few ways. One of the standout features is the ample parking with valet parking service just at the entrance of the clinic. My experience with Dr. Fatemeh Aghanasiri, General physician, is always exceptional. My family including my mother is her patient. Dr Fatemeh is very down to earth and has a talent for making my teenager feel heard. Her warm, nonjudgmental approach puts him at ease to discuss easily about his issues. She is combining scientific details with holistic suggestions like stress-relief techniques and dietary advice. Her frequent follow ups with my teenage son, make him more motivated to follow healthier diet. Her practice for my old mother is exceptional. By regular checking her medicines and routines, motivating her for more movements and activities made me at ease. Dr Fatemeh's blend science, alternative care and genuine attention makes her a gem doctor. All the staffs are always supportive and welcoming and nurses are so fast and reliable. Their attention taking care of an old patient is fantastic. The negative point of the center is slow and non-welcoming pharmacy staffs. Highly recommend this medical center.

What a wonderful experience i had today.my experience started from welcoming and smiling valet parking attendant who have received my car. Welcoming friendly front office staff who are ready to assist. Definitely highly experienced and qualified doctors who are listening to you carefully and patiently. The facility is very well maintained and clean. Very positive nursing staff who follow up closely and high level of communication. I find doctors are available at all the time made me so confortable and homely when i was in the clinic. I have not experience such an smooth patients journey in dubai and i highly recommend this medical center to everyone who need a physician.

I met Dr. Fatemeh Aghanasiri last Sunday, and I honestly can't believe the difference she made. I've been struggling with high blood pressure for about 5 years and have tried many different medications with little success. But Dr. Fatemeh prescribed me a new treatment--and for the first time ever, my BP dropped to 118! I was so surprised and truly happy. The care I received was beyond excellent. The clinic itself is spotless and beautiful--honestly, it looks more like a hotel than a hospital! The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. His nurse Ms. Jasmine is equally exceptional--always accommodating, cheerful, and somehow always available when you need her. Whether it's a quick question or a follow-up, she's there with a smile and a helpful attitude that puts you immediately at ease. Dr. Ravi Teja and his nurse are a model of what patient care should look like, and I feel incredibly lucky to have them as part of my healthcare team.

I had a knee injury and visited Dr. Mahmoud from Orthopaedics. He was very reassuring and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process less stressful. Unfortunately, I needed minor surgery, but thanks to his expertise, it went smoothly. For my recovery, I booked physiotherapy sessions with Razan. She was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable -- her guidance really made a difference. In less than a month, I was able to get back to my normal routine. I'm truly grateful to both of them for their care and professionalism.
