I had the best experience ever! From the receptionist to the nurse who approached me, everyone was polite and professional. When I met Dr. Ashraf, he greeted me like family. He explained everything in a way that I could easily understand and ensured that he would check everything at a microscopic level. This made me feel very happy. I highly recommend this service--it's top-class, with exceptional doctors!

Dr Ashraf Hussein was recommended by a friend for my husband who is recovering from a heart attack and stents placement. We were looking for a Cardiologist who would give us time and attention and answer the hundreds of questions we had during the recovery phase. Dr Ashraf was exactly who we were looking for, very considerate, gives a lot of personal attention and care to make us feel comfortable by explain in depth. I have been a patient to Dr Ashraf Hussein for a few months now and went to German Heart Centre a couple of times. The receptionists are very kind, efficient and helpful, it is easy to book appointments/follow ups. The place is clean, organized and quiet. The nurses are great and respectful, they were always so nice and polite. I have only nice things to say. But I would like to highlight the amazing Dr Ashraf Hussein. My family and I are extremely grateful for his care and professionalism. He made sure I had the best treatment I could as I was very sick with two heart illness and being to the hospital under his care for more than a month. He visited me 6 days a week and was available on his phone 24/7 for anything I needed. Always making sure I understood every test, treatment and procedure, and that I was doing well not only physically but also mentally. Thank you for your dedication Dr Ashraf, any patient under your care is a very lucky one. I also would like to thank Dr Beate Wild who was a small but significant part during my treatment. She is so compassionate and empathetic, I felt really cared for. Glad to recommend German Heart Centre!

Terrible service experience. I've been trying to book an appointment with the doctor, but it takes far too long for the receptionist to answer my calls or respond to my messages. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Patients shouldn't have to chase down basic communication just to receive care. This needs serious improvement.
