I had a good experience at Kings Hospital, especially with the pediatrics department. The staff were friendly and professional, and the valet parking made things easier. The hospital feels clean and well-managed, and the care we received was excellent. The only downside is that sometimes it takes a long time for some departments to get back to you, which can be a bit stressful when you're waiting for information. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

Our daughter recently underwent inguinal hernia repair at King's College Hospital, and we couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care we received. From our very first consultation, Dr. Basem Khalil stood out--not only as a highly skilled surgeon but also as a deeply compassionate and dedicated doctor. He patiently answered all our questions, reassured us at every step, and made sure we felt informed and supported throughout. Dr. Basem went above and beyond for our daughter and our family. It is clear that he cares deeply--not just about his patients, but about their families as well. His calm, confident presence and genuine concern gave us tremendous comfort during a stressful time. The surgery went smoothly, and his expertise made all the difference in our daughter's care and recovery. We feel incredibly fortunate to have placed our trust in him. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to the anesthesiologist, Dr. Arati, and her team for their skill and kindness. Surgical nurse Krishna helped put our minds at ease with her warm and reassuring manner, and Nurse Jinu Tom in the aftercare unit was extremely attentive and helpful. Every person we encountered during this experience contributed to making it smooth, safe, and comforting. We are truly appreciative of everyone who supported us through our daughter's surgery. It was always my hope to have a vaginal delivery if I were to become pregnant. With our sudden decision to relocate countries, we entrusted Kings College Hospital, Dubai Hills, to provide the comfort and care needed during the final stages of delivery, and we wholeheartedly trusted you, Dr. Esra, to be our doctor. We wanted to express our confidence in choosing Dr Esra. While we did not have a direct reference, your impressive reviews led us to believe that you would be the best fit for our needs. My visits with you were always filled with positivity and warmth, and I appreciate how you consistently guided me towards ensuring a vaginal delivery. After nearly 24 hours of labor without natural dilation, we made the decision to proceed with a C-section. When I was in the operating theatre and felt I had lost all hope for a vaginal delivery, your unwavering confidence in me and the entire process was a true ray of hope. Thanks to your trust and guidance, I was able to have a natural delivery. I truly cannot thank you enough for being my doctor, and I also extend my heartfelt thanks to all the nurses and midwives who made my birthing journey so memorable. A special thank you to Glady and Sharaya, who ensured my transition after delivery was comfortable. Her warm and positive demeanour towards the baby put us completely at ease. Overall, my birthing experience at Kings College Hospital was incredibly positive.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude for the outstanding care I received during my 10-day hospital stay, labor, and postpartum recovery. It's hard to put into words how supported and cared for I felt during such an intense and emotional time. To my doctor, Dr. Joanna, thank you for never giving up on me. Your unwavering support through 2.5 days of labor helped me achieve the successful vaginal delivery I had hoped and dreamed of. I couldn't have done it without your patience, encouragement, and expertise. I also want to thank the incredible midwives--Cait, Hayley, Maria, Jessica, and Sara. Each of you played such a vital role in helping me through labor, offering strength, reassurance, and care every step of the way. The postpartum nurses--Remya, Shitha, Arthi, and Neethu L--were truly exceptional. I may not remember every name, but each one of you went above and beyond in caring for both me and my baby, and I'm so grateful for your dedication and compassion. When my baby developed an infection, it was a frightening and overwhelming experience. Dr. Maria Theresa provided incredible support by checking in daily and patiently answering all of my questions--even the ones not directly related to my baby's condition. As a first-time mom, your reassurance made all the difference. I also want to give special thanks to the pediatric nurses, especially Binky, Zee and Joe. Joe, in particular, had a profound impact--not only did she care for my baby with such warmth and attention, but she also noticed my ongoing headache, even though I wasn't her patient. She didn't brush it off. Instead, she alerted a doctor, which led to the diagnosis of postpartum hypertension. I was rushed to the ER and later admitted to the ICU. Her attentiveness and advocacy likely prevented a more serious outcome, and for that, I've nominated her for an award--she truly deserves it. During my time in the ER and ICU, Dr. Rawan stood out as a beacon of care and compassion. She treated me and my husband not just as patients, but as people--gently, thoroughly, and with genuine concern. I'll never forget how safe and heard she made us feel during one of the scariest moments of our lives. While nearly every part of my experience was positive, I do want to mention one disappointing incident. I witnessed a doctor (whose name I couldn't identify) shouting at a staff member--specifically midwife Sara--in the hallway in front of other patients. It was upsetting, especially considering the incredible professionalism and dedication of the staff. I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident, as such behavior does not reflect the otherwise respectful and supportive environment I experienced. To everyone involved in my care, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You helped bring my baby safely into the world and supported me through every challenge that followed. Giving birth with Dr. Esra was truly a wonderful journey. She was professional and supportive throughout every step of my pregnancy. Thanks to her collaboration with Dr. Moomin, the internal medicine specialist, I was able to manage my gestational diabetes and deliver my baby in good health. I'm also deeply grateful to Dr. Moomin for his care. I'd like to sincerely thank the three nurses--Laila, Carina, and Laresa--who kindly assisted and guided me at every checkup. Despite their busy schedules, they were always warm and cheerful, which made every visit a pleasant experience. I had a C-section, and the surgery went smoothly and peacefully. I recovered fully and healthily after delivery. Giving birth under Dr. Esra's care was truly a blessing. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Shanawaz, the anesthesiologist in the operating room. He explained every detail of the anesthesia process before and during the surgery, helping ease my fears. His reassuring presence deeply touched both me and my husband.
