It's mentioned on their store that they are open from 9am to 9pm and I visited them today at 7:30pm and the pharmacy was closed. Upon inquiring, I was told the staff closed soon as no customer was coming. Is this an explanation? The pharmacy and medical center is a very important and a responsible department, the regulatory authority needs to check this. The medicine was very important for my daughter.

I did not have to wait and all the tests etc were done very quickly and the appointment with the doctor was booked and how do I thank Dr. Qasim. No doubt the doctors are good at their jobs. It is their service at the reception that kills time. They cannot handle working under pressure. Wasted 30-45 minutes of my time sitting on the couch after being told "We will call you once you're next". Apparently that was the case when I entered. The doctor did not have any patient with him. I didn't know until I had mentioned it to them. The receptionists need to change, or alternatively provide a better service and not waste my time!
