I had a great experience at Prime Medical Center, BurJuman. I consulted with Dr. Pragati Grover, and she was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel very comfortable throughout the consultation. Her professionalism and caring attitude were truly appreciated. The supporting staff were also very kind and helpful, making the overall visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality medical care!

Highly Recommend Dr. Swathy, dermatologist! Dr. Swathy is honestly amazing! She really listens to everything I say and takes the time to check my skin carefully. Right away, she knows what the issue is and what to prescribe. She explains everything in a way that's easy to understand. I had a bunch of questions and she answered every single one without rushing. You can tell she truly cares. Highly recommend her!

I just wanted to share some feedback from my first visit to the hospital. The overall experience was smooth and fast, which I really appreciated. Everything was well organized and the process didn't take long at all. One thing I did notice, though, was that the staff didn't really seem happy to help. They were doing their jobs, but it felt a bit cold and not very welcoming. A little friendliness or warmth would have made a big difference in making me feel more at ease. I have visited Dr. Raju Sudeep at Prime Medical Center in BurJuman Mall many times, and every visit has been an excellent experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. His calm and confident approach makes you feel you're in safe hands. I recently had a tooth surgery, and once again, Dr. Raju handled it with great care and expertise. A big thank you also to Ms. Kat, his assistant, who was very supportive and kind . She made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Raju Sudeep and his assistant Ms. Kat to anyone looking for top-quality dental care in Dubai.

Very unprofessional call centre who just randomly book appointments without knowing whether the doctor sees Pediatric patients. Inspite of repeatedly asking also whether the dr accepts child patients they say yes and when you turn up for the appointment, the dr refuses to accept the child patient. They don't value others time and this is my experience for the second time. The centre just keeps apologising but they need to train their call centre staff with updated information

I visited prime for same problem many times and i was still confused but I truly appreciate the way Dr. Kalpana guided me through my treatment. Her approach is not only professional but also deeply compassionate. The way she treats her patients feels like a mother's care -- gentle, reassuring, and genuinely nurturing. WORST BRANCH EVER IN MY 10 YEARS IN UAE EVERYTIME I COME HERE either for my client or for personal consultation. I prefer Reef mall branch. I walked-in today April 23, 2025 at 3PM with token number W50 the filipina reception at counter 1 was inattentive and unhelpful. My friend got her registration at counter 5 with the Orthopedic Doctor. But at Counter 1 the Filipina told me that there was no Orthopedic Doctor available until 4PM. Her colleague told her that Dr. Sreedhara is available, but she was still unhelpful as dumb that she don't know if she will register me and always saying "NO". She looks NEW and with a lazy unhelpful naive behavior as always in Burjuman branch. I just outsmart her, if not and I am new, I will be lost here always in this branch. LACK of customer service always here from reception, cashier, pharmacy. Bad experience always! WORST! Leaving me so stressed how to deal with these Prime Burjuman staff who looks so exhausted of their job.
