Had a very poor experience. Was admitted here for 5 days for typhoid. The treatment provided was good but everything revolves around money here. They charged 3500 for very small room & room has no bed for relative to sleep comfortably at night (Sofa-Bed). The sweepers & nurses were underpaid. One sweeper lady wasn't working properly and they fired her. The nurses were doing there job well but you could hear them constantly complaining about kow pay. There are better option than this in Chandkheda - Motera.

Poor services compared to the charges, i was charged 1000 rupees for OPD services where no doctor was available. 1000 rs where they gave me a pain killer and asked to rest for an hour. When enquired about how soon can I see the doctor, front desk informed that there is no schedule time ( I was there around from 4pm to 4:45pm). Pathetic way to horrify patient and forcing them to stay and pay. I feel Management should pay attention to such nuisance by their front desk staff which includes receptionist. I wish you guys take this feedback seriously.

Looting patients. Charging without explanation and pre-intimation. Billed 24k for 24 hours and then discounted to 17k when argued. Receptionist staff is extremely rude. Never trust this hospital. NOT RECOMMENDED

Don't go the hospital. They are robbing patients with unreasonably high charges for no reason.. No gloves were used still charged for 100 gloves consumption for single day. This is just one instance. It looks like hospital is opened to loot people.
