We had one of the most horrifying experiences at HCG Mithakali that no one should ever have to go through -- especially not in a state of emergency. One of my family members suffered a fracture in her wrist and was in immense pain. Since the hospital was nearby, we rushed to the emergency ward, expecting urgent care. What we encountered instead was a shockingly careless and arrogant on-duty doctor who clearly had no regard for human suffering. He barely acknowledged us, made no attempt to check the patient properly, didn't review the X-ray for a long time, and kept us waiting -- all while he sat comfortably scrolling on his phone. Multiple requests for help were coldly ignored. Even as we pleaded for some basic first-aid to relieve her pain, he remained indifferent. When we confronted him about his behaviour, instead of showing any accountability, he had the audacity to shout at us and outright refused to provide treatment. This was not just unprofessional -- it was inhumane. No patient should have to beg for care, especially when they're already suffering. The doctor refused to give us his name, but our file mentions Dr. Vasant Patel (Internal Medicine). I am assuming he is the same person. Under normal circumstances, I would hesitate to share identity of a medical professional publicly -- but after what we experienced, I believe it's absolutely necessary. No one else should have to suffer this kind of cruelty and negligence during a medical emergency. If this is the kind of treatment patients are provided in an emergency ward, it raises serious concerns about safety and ethics at HCG Mithakali. If you care about your loved ones, think twice before going to this hospital.

A very good hospital for treatment.all the staff were very efficient and cordial.Dr. Amit zhala has done the spine surgery perfectly. Great doctor and very friendly behaviour, answer all your doubts very well. Nursing staff were amazing.Rooms are smaller compared to new Hospitals but service is better than most of others.
