I wants to give 5 stars for the treatment and to all, because my all experiences are really very good out here, but today u had an appointment for follow-up at 2:00, I was very well there at 1:00, at 1:40 i was sent to some pre follow-up doctor and then was asked to sit in cabin for a while i was told at 1:52/1:53, and then up till now at 5:50 no turn, i was gone with my sister in law for some other orthopaedic consultation too, and the appointment for her was at 5:00 so i was curious to know and genuine to know that if it's not possible to make out pls let me go and give another appointment but u was hold by counter staff that sooner I'll be attended, here no doctors are in fault cause we understand emergencies come to hospitals so for follow-up it can be postpone but the correct answer should be given, so today u am hurt being patient and annoyed.
And ultimately I left from hospital saying the counter staff that u can ask someone else on my place who is waiting and staff was happily saying me okay - that's more annoying.

Sirf naam rakhne se koi Apollo nahi ban jaata ..
Very pathetic and horrible experience at this hospital..if you are economically well and need a good treatment with comfortable environment never come here.. they even can't provide good packed hygienic water to icu petients..icu staff is very very pathetic and always on phone..and you are not allowed phone while they can talk on phone unnecessary and useless..

This is my 4th follow-up visit with Dr. Rashmit Pandya at Apollo CVHF, and every time he has been extremely late. Today, we had a confirmed appointment at 6:00 PM--it's now 8:45 PM and we're still waiting. No emergency, no explanation. This seems to be his regular practice.
My father, a heart patient with two stents, is made to wait hours just for a routine check-up. It's frustrating and careless, especially for elderly patients who have health routines like timely meals.
I request Apollo management to look into this issue seriously. Patients deserve respect, and such delays harm both the hospital's image and patient trust.

After heart surgery of my father when I came here for consultation after 6 monthr I took appointment and seated for 1 hour. There was Dr. Neel he was continue on the call he was talking on the phone about investment and home not taking care about patients. Patients is not first priority here

Billing staff is very arrogant and pathetic. Sameer Dani sir is exceptional and patients are coming only becoz of him. Very expensive hospital so visit only if affordable . My FIL bill for 3 days was 3 lakhs without any surgery only one angiography of 80 k was there and balance 2.20 lakhs was towards pharmacy and 2 days icu charges. Over expensive and Modi govt medical card is not acceptable. If u tell them they will direct u to govt hospital. Our angiography report was missing in file. When we requested for a copy billing was very arrogant and not responding. Overall I will suggest better visit a govt hospital than selecting Apollo as except Mr. Dani...nothing is good here ...Loot Loot and Arrogant Behaviour of billing staff. I am thinking of filing for or case in consumer court
