Dr. Rajesh Desai

I would like to genuine review about Dr. Rajesh Desai and his team ( actually there is no team, it is one man show) as he recommended and operated my mother double valve surgery at Zydus Ahmedabad. I lost my mother on 12th day after surgery and my feedback is based on his daily interactions. He seem to me very overconfident doctor which did not evaluated the risk (which need to be evaluated on each patient) and just gone ahead with pre-mindset of his success. He was knowing my mother age, body structure and problem but still he recommended double valve surgery while other earlier doctor told us to do one valve surgery. We put up trust on him and his team. Outcome :- My mother came by walking and his whole team handed her dead body at the end. Reason given :- Multi organ failure due to infection. They couldn't able to control the infection and they do testing only when body show some symptoms ( which is ridiculous, testing should be done in operated patient as preventive action not as symptoms based ). Per stat, there is 1% chance of patient death in double valve surgery, they operate in such a way that we ended up in 1% even though my mother does not had diabetics, nor any other problem. I wrote this review for general public so they are aware about this doctor and his team failures. Hope I will able to save one life with this review.
