I am quite impressed with the ambience of the hospital, the ever smiling staff, especially Ma'am Rupa, who made my stay easier by clearing all the administrative work fast. As for Dr. Hitesh, he oozezs with his confident walk and way of talking that easies the fears of the patient. He's very good at what he does and as like a surgeon, are his decisions. I wish him all the luck(though I doubt he needs it) and climb higher!!!

Staff is uncooperative and there is no update of the doctor. When asked they reply the doctor will take 15 minutes and just by waiting it took 2 hours to get one thing done. It is important for the doctor to take care of the patient and if the main doctor is not available at the clinic he/she need to arrange for another doctor who can take his/her responsibility and cure the patients.

Totally money-minded. Big NO to this Dr. He visits Rajasthan Hospital and makes sure you or your loved one get admitted to the Hospital and don't get discharged before 3 months. Don't mistake their greediness for their expertise..
