Big zero for patients and visiters health.Very very poor service. Drinking water glass is unwashed for last many days. Clicked picture and added here. Please improve Today I visit hospital after 6 months. Today sadly wanted to say that there's no improvement for the same complaint which I did before 6 months. Also attached today's latest drinking water glass pictures. Staff behaviour is also rude. Again big zero from my side. Please improve

We came here for my mother's medical treatment of brain hemorrhage. We had lost hope during here immediate admission at indore' s big and famous pvt hospital where we lost hope and incorporation of doctors and admin dept. One of my suggest me to take my mother here after having discussion with doctor over phone. Now proper surgery done successfully and coorperation which we have got here is superb and satisfactory. It's not a hospital. It's a place which loots people recently I visited at this hospital with problem of bleeding nose of which Dr Darshan Shah had no knowledge about the solution but then too just earn money he suggested me for blood report costing 1800 and visit charges 1000. After observing report on next day he said this is not my case you pls visit ENT FOR THE SOLUTION. ON THE OTHER HAND Dr even does not have any basic doctor knowledge on going through my report I had low hb he gave his suggestion as due to loss of my blood in nose bleeding my HB has gone low to 9 which is mine from last 5 years. To cheery on top the medical run by them also give there part in scamming people I buyed a medicine of which mrp was 249 as I was in hussel I didn't go through it at the shop and paid the amount said by them of Rupees 497 via gpay . After coming out of the shop as I was not satisfied with the report nd solution I just saw how much I wasted I saw the MRP of medicines was 297. On going back to the medical for refund the said you need to sign on the bill as my mistake then we could initiate refund . I would request everyone don't visit such scam hospital I don't know who gave doctor degre nd certificate to practice . It's really waste of money nd tym visiting such hospital where you just pay money for no solution.
