Just today I visited this hospital just for a health checkup and from the beginning to the end the process was very smooth. As my appointment is booked with DR. NIRMAL SHAH a MD international cardiologist for my cardiovascular health checkup and he checked my reports and gave me proper guidance and he is very polite and understanding.
Also, he gives you proper and actual required guidance so you can easily take the decision for your further process. I would like to say that Jalpa madam and another receptionist girl are very humble and cooperative and give you proper guidance regarding your all queries. Definitely, I recommend to all of you to visit this hospital. Also, other OPD staff members are supportive and cooperative. Thank you Solar Hospital for serving the best.

I brought my wife for spine surgery at Solar hospital and the treatment was very good. The doctors took their time to explain all medical conditions in details to us before proceeding with the procedure.
The nurses and house keepers were very kind ,patient and caring. They spoke with us politely and followed all medical procedures.
The dietitian and patient relations officer were very kind spoke with us in a simple and clear words.

I had a disappointing experience at solar hospital. due to what I believe was negligence. We were gone for Fistula treatment. Was not satisfied. Dialysis staff was behaving badly and disrespectful. I don't know about other treatments but would not recommend to anyone for fistula or dialysis. This experience affected on trust towards hospital. I hope the hospital can work on this. (This feedback is on fistula and dialysis treatment only can't comment on other treatments)

Very well treated. Very well looked after by the staff. It is a very nice hospital, all kinds of facilities are provided. Doctor, nurse and other staffs treated very well.
One thing that was lacking was that the hospital did not provide sleeping facilities for the person accompanying the patient due to which it was very difficult for the relatives to sleep at night. I request that appropriate action should be taken by the hospital in this regard. In all other respects excellent facilities and services are provided.
