This is most careless hospital I have ever been too for an annual medical check up. 1. The tests are done just for sake of doing and people are pushed like cattle herd. 2. Space is issue. 3. No protocol followed, any test happens anytime . 4. Entire staff is rude. 5. They made us stay empty stomach till 11 am, even after repeated informing them that "my spouse has hypertension and is yet to consume BP medicines, please let us have some food and take the medicines." the staff simply ignored and asked to go for next tests. 6. Staff is unable to mange the number of visitors. 7. The physician is just taking notes after asking what problems you have. No check no inspections from his side no feedback. 8. I paid 10k for additional for my parents check up and feels like it was waste of money. 10. Hardcopy of reports were not provided. 11. Equipment were not functioning. 12. Sonography conducted within few minutes.

This is a nice place having good range of top doctors of the city. The clinic is very well maintained and having good facilities. However it is quite expensive as the fees charged here is quite high. The location is very good and prime. If you can afford than it is the right place.

Me and my wife visited for annual health checkup. All test done, but reports were not being shared on time. Even after following up multiple times, even after personal visit to the clanic to collect hard copy of reports after a week, they did not provided. I can not recommand to anyone, specially for Corporate Health checkup. very poor.

Had visited this clinic for a health check up and it was a very disappointing experience. One of the important heart related test was missed as their visiting doctor had left despite confirmed appointment and time. What was more surprising is when i reported this to clinic head, her response was unprofessional and did not provide any resolution. Apollo clinic is also not having any proper customer complaint resolution system and hence despite reporting on multiple channels no resolution was received. Time taken by hospital to share reports is also long. For tests conducted on Saturday, reports are shared by Monday evening. Some of the members from staff are arrogant, while some are supportive. Toilet cleanliness also needs to be improved.

Punctuality and timing adherence is terrible. The staff is cooperative. This place is a scam. I did not expect such treatment from Apollo. Staff arrives late at their own sweet time. People were worthlessly waiting helplessly

The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring that all patients felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the process, The entire process was well-organized, minimizing wait times and ensuring a smooth flow from one test to the next. The use of advanced medical equipment also contributed to the efficiency and accuracy of the check-up.
