I had a terrible experience at this hospital, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior and attitude of Dr. Nirmit Yajnik. Unfortunately, I found the staff to be rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. It felt like patient care and empathy were completely absent, with the focus seemingly only on money. The overall service was disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for genuine healthcare. Worst Hospital , worst Doctor , Dr Nirmit Yagnik is worst doctor ,very arrogant , rude and disgusting behaviour . They want only money nothing else. They don't care for patients .

Worst doctor we've seen in Vadodara. He doesn't allow any family members to enter in the room along with Patient. And patient was an old lady who won't be able to explain the problem. They didn't allow my dad to enter in the cabin where he was checking the patient. It was my mom. When she entered the room -- He didn't talk or ask anything and directly took some report. We didn't knew what sort of report is it. It was my mom. It took 15 minutes for that report. He took that report by some simple scanning mechanism on the chest. And then charged 3500 for that report. (You can see the screenshot of the fees he took below) My dad didn't knew that what that report contains and expected that he will give some good analysis for the report that he has taken. When they went for that report it was just a heart report which had nothing new. Issues: 1) He doesn't allow any family members to enter along with the patient. 2) He doesn't ask what's the problem and take decision based on his assumption -- WORST thing in the world. 3) He charges for the wrong report which wasn't required. Conclusion: We are sure he won't give the money back as it was in the report mentioned. It was my dad's innocence that he did mistake by going to this doctor and he thought that doctor is good and will provide the good solution to the problem. But this doctor has no sense of talking or asking about the problem and he works based on his assumption and charge fees to customers. If you are a shop owner and selling some XYZ products and when you get a customer who needs a product A which you don't sell -- then you either guide the customer for a different shop or you say we don't sell this thing. Doctors sometime take the benefit of the situation by doing this. Request to you who is reading this review -- NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR. You won't get what you are looking for and unnecessary you might waste your money.

Very rude Doctor. His arrogance is at much higher level which overshadows the talent he might be having. I wish before he retires he learns to be compassionate with patients which is the most important quality a doctor needs in his profession. Just being talented never helps... you need a humble attitude also. Because world is full of talented Doctors but it's your attitude with your patients that makes you respected forever.

Worst place to be at ... Not only the Doc but the staff is also ruthless and behave very rudely .. they dont even try to think differently if there is any senior citizen. Unnecessary things are done and the wait time is soo long even if you come with prior appointment. It even gets more problematic when your turn come and the doc and staff thinks to have a breka in working hour .. no punctuality and nthing . My humble opinion not to consult over here ,it would be better to do somewhere else than this.

Busy Clinic. Doctor busy making lots of money but no consideration for patients who have to wait for hours. I went with prior appointment but after waiting for two hours when finally called, Doctor and staff decided to have lunch, with me stranded at the door of the consulting room.

The doctor is good. Most of the tests are done and most of the machines are here. But the waiting time is too much. The doctor himself comes late after 1 hour. I had to wait 5 hours to get a test done. Worse.

VERY RICH EXPERIENCE GOOD NATURE , SUCCESS RATE IS VERY HIGH , SPECIALITY IN HEART DISEASES
