Doctor is good but call operators and other staff is rude and cheater. They give us a false information about the appointments and don't understand the meaning of emergency. Nobody wants to sit there for 4-5 hours. They asked my mother to visit assistant doctor instead of Dr. Rumin Shah and charge the whole amount.

Telephone operator is rude and out of line while receiving inquiry. Even though full chain of contact has been shared over phone, the silly and ideot operator was shameless enough to give appointment on call. If this is the service we are getting as closed friend of the doctor, I cannot even imagine what other patients are being faced.
