Multispeciality hospital in Subhanpura area on main road headed by senior doctors Ashwin Shah laeproscopic surgeon, Dr. Parul Shah Gynaec , Dr. Karan Shah general physician he specialaises in disbetes treatment slso alongwith many other ailments they treated many patients during corona also very successfully , they have an ICU and very good staff with many inhouse facilites visit for your ailments they have inhouse pharmacy also and latest equipments and well furnished

So I am writing this after 6 months of delivery. I would recommend not to go for this hospital as had very bitter experiences. The start was good. The doc Parul shah was al supportive and used to give proper info also. But later things changed. And they keep you too much in dark. No proper information was given for charges plus as to what all should be taken care of post surgery or before. However let me mark pointers of my experience and rest is on you to take it. - very filthy and dirty rooms. Especially toilets are literally like public toilets which are most necessary post the surgery or delivery. - very uncomfortable beds even if u take special room. No staff coordination or has sense to talk or even listen. They just follow the orders blindly. - they call themselves Mukti speciality and would charge you also the same but in terms of services it's a complete zero - even after complaining to doc about the bed being uncomfortable no action or help was given. On top of that rudely I was told this is how it is. - I had an infection in my stitches and instead of empathising in that situation the doc kept saying this is the first time it has happened making me feel guilty as to my body has issues. Pathetic that was. - very rude and uneducated staff - the doctors have unnecessary attitude. Instead of helping patients. I went there merely thinking that my brother was born there and thought the old techniques and she must be super experienced so would be better. But I literally made a mistake. - it is the worst experience I ever had in my life as I was never admitted to a hospital in my entire life. - if it a multi-speciality hospital there has to be a lactation consultant, paed on board, nutritionist. Which I got to know later. Nothing like that on top of that they keep blaming you for everything My entire birthing experience went for a toss and became a nightmare. They have lost humanity for sure. Treating patients as just bodies. I understand you must be frustrated with your profession god knows y. But atleast give proper info and for us as new mothers it's a one lifetime experience and we trust u blindly. And don't take due advantage of the same. Have some humanity.

I had visited the hospital regarding first aid of a small injury my friend got while playing. The doctor wasn't even present at the hospital... & They charged consultation fee of doctor & said that I had called & asked doctor. Without looking at the injury, what consultation can a doctor give? Simple dressing was required, any layman could have suggested that. Plain loot. Nothing else.

Homely atmosphere, caring and well trained staff, accurate diagnosis, compassionate doctor. My whole family has been coming here since last decade for all our medical needs and problems. Guidance, care and help provided by the doctors has been invaluable and god sent. Doctors never try to dupe patients here by asking for unnecessary reports and procedures. The opinion, diagnosis and medical course set by the doctors can be followed without concern or second thoughts. Would highly recommend this place.

One of the best managed, ethical and well equipped hospital in Vadodara. Small in size and staff, but patients are well attended with doctors as well as warm and smiling staff. My wife diagnosed and treated perfectly and smoothly. No additional tests, medicines or visits asked for. The doctors clearly explained the treatment, risk involved and recovery process. Answered all questions to satisfy us and made comfortable before treatment started.

Not at all trustworthy, I will not recommend this place until and unless there is no option left and it's emergency since they cheat people like anything...... They had taken advance 4k and refunded zero for minor injury which could have been done within Rs 1000 to 1500 at max at any other genuine clinic, I visited another clinic next day for dressing and I was asked to come after 5 days not even alternative day whereas these cheaters were asking me to come everyday. Secondly they prescribe medicine which is not available other than their own clinic, they are running clinic like a money making factory.

Not worth it.Went there for simple check up which did not require sonography.Why dont you just go for a simple check up.And Bam charged 2000 for 5 mint consultation.Also be clear about the prices to patients that are there for first time if you are going to charge for such services.Money does not grow on tree.
