I am very disappointed with the management of this hospital. The time management is extremely poor -- doctors are not available as per the scheduled appointments, causing long and unnecessary waiting times. In particular, the behavior of certain reception staff is unacceptable. They are rude, unhelpful, and show no regard for the value of patients' time. The overall management feels unprofessional and disorganized. A hospital should be a place of care and efficiency, but unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and stressful.

One and only multi speciality hospital with all equipped facility and trained staff in this area. It's ICU and rooms are clean, food is patient friendly and nursing staff and floor doctors are just a call away. Doctors are very sound in their knowledge and have ability to manage patient in critical conditions.

Review for Savita Hospital (Emergency Ward)
Visited on a Sunday in an emergency, but had a disappointing experience. The assistant doctor's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. We were told to wait outside even though the emergency room was empty, and we had to stand for 1 hour 40 minutes during ongoing treatment. Staff members were sitting comfortably inside, but no one offered us a seat, despite many chairs being available. Ironically, they allow food inside the emergency ward but not patients or relatives to sit. Poor hospitality and a very unkind approach in a critical situation.
