Extremely Disappointed - Poor Management & Overpriced Visited Spandan Hospital, Manjalpur for the first time to consult Dr. Tarang Shah for my father. Unfortunately, the doctor was not available even after waiting for more than half an hour. No proper communication or updates from the hospital staff. Time management is absolutely terrible. On top of that, they charged 1000 just for a first-time visit -- which is extremely high considering the lack of service and professionalism. This is not what patients expect from a reputed hospital. Totally dissatisfied with the experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The hospital seriously needs better staff coordination and transparent communication.

The hospital location is very good in the peaceful area of Manjalpur. There are many specialists attending various treatments. The house keeping is very poor & shabby and not maintained properly. The hospital must follow 5S Japanies system for house keeping.Also since the number of floors are more there must be a separate lift for visitors coming to visit patients.

Dr. Tarang Shah cardiologist is exceptionally great. He listened to my all concerns and problems. My uncle was facing chest pain from last 2days and we had came here for opd consultation. Great care was taken here and staff was also very polite and humble........

Appreciated the clean, modern maternity ward during my delivery. The labor room is well-equipped and the post-delivery suites are comfortable. Lactation consultant was extremely helpful. Only suggestion is to improve the visitor management system during evening hours.

The neurology department deserve special mention. Dr Pankaj Sharma is here as a one the best neurophyician. He has a good hand in all the neuro problems. The way he listens to the patients problems and make sure that patients gets ulmoat privacy and care. I loved all the services and facilities. The team of doctors are also very experienced and professional.
