My grandfather was recently admitted to "Synergy Hospital" due to a critical neurological condition, and I'm truly thankful for the excellent care he received. The doctors were polite, professional, and very supportive, and the nursing staff was kind and attentive throughout his stay. The hospital was clean, peaceful, and well-managed. Thanks to the team's dedication, my grandfather is now in good health. Highly recommended!

My experience at Synergy Medicare Hospital was outstanding! From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the attentive staff who ensured I felt comfortable and cared for throughout my visit. The hospital facilities are modern, clean, and well-equipped, which gave me confidence in the quality of care I would receive. The medical team, including doctors and nurses, were highly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain procedures and treatment options clearly. If there was zero star rating i would have choose it for this hospital. Two days ago i called here to check with Dr. dhrumit and was told to take an appointment in advance. They told me that doctor comes for 9-10:30 after that he leaves for his another hospital. Next day I called at the reception for appointment I was told that sir will come by 9:30 nd will be there till 10;30 so u can come in this time.. I asked them that so that means there is no need of appointment as I was told to take an appointment the other day. But the guy at the reception who attended my call said that no need to take appointment.. so I reached hospital at 9:15 and informed my name for the queue. There was only one patient before me.. I was waiting till 10:15 but doctor didn't come. Meanwhile the nurse started taking vitals of patients. He took vitals of the uncle and then she started calling other people who came after me. So I checked with them how they are considering queue since I was the second person.. for which hey gave me some silly response. I had to leave because doctor was not available till 10:15 and his management were not considering the queue as well. I left my 2 year old kid with my neighbour to look after him and i achieved nothing. This is the worst hospital i saw. No management no respect of time and after all this there was an assistant doctor who was also behaving so immature.. I don't know what was the level of his understanding. He was not able to understand simple logic of queue and others valuable time.. pathetic hospital, pathetic management.. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone even though it is the nearest one for people..

Dr. Dhrumil is an excellent doctor, his diagnosis, problem identification and medications are effective. Medical, reception, and pharmacy staff members are nice.

Excellent and courtesy staff. Doctor is great, staff is on their feet all time, just one click and they will be there for you. Doctor would listen to you and the entire team will treat you as your family. Right from the reception, medical store to cleaning team.

My father was suffering from a cough and cold for some time, after taking medicine we thought he was fine. But he was not feeling well. Later, after conducting several tests, we took him to Dr. Dhrumit Gohil sir at Synergy Medicare Hospital. Where we found out from an X-ray that he had pneumonia and a severe infection. Dr. Dhrumit sir admitted him immediately. Further reports revealed that he also had valvular heart disease(severe calcified AS & Severe MR + infective Endocarditis). Dr. Dhrumit sir consulted with various specialists and treated my father for his extremely critical condition. Surgery was not possible due to the infection. Dr. Dhrumit sir and his team provided excellent treatment. I'm very grateful to him and his team. Additionally, I want to thank Dr. Harkishan sir , Dr. Nishant sir & all doctors team. The nursing and hospital staff provided fantastic service and we are thankful for their help. After infection was controlled. Dr. Dhrumit sir referred my father to Bankers Heart Institute for the necessary surgery(DVR). Dr. Dhrumit sir kept us updated on my father's condition through his doctor friends. My father's surgery was successful done and now he is healthy and well. We are very grateful to Dr. Dhrumit sir for his expertise and care. I was diagnosed with Dengue and was hospitalized immediately and my platelet count seemed to be decreasing as well. With the care of Dr. Dhrumit Gohil "SYNERGY MEDICARE HOSPITAL" I was able to get a good treatment. He paid attention to my condition sincerely and I was able to fight Dengue and get back to normal life in very few days. I had a prolonged coughing issue which was terrifying. Within few hours of getting hospitalized, Dr. Dhrumit's treatments were found to be actively effective. I would highly recommend him for consultation. Very very good experience well explained supportive caring doctor with his staff members.

Most unprofessional hospital I have visited in a while. You need to personally know the doctor here in order to actually meet them. Otherwise you simply sit in the queue for hours and no one will take you in. I came first and waited for hours but couldn't see the doctor (Dhrumit Gohil) simply because he wanted to see people he knew! Appointment system exist on paper and time management is at worse. Good luck if you get a polite response from the staff at the reception. Feels like a government rashan center than a private hospital.
