Pathetic management. There is no time mgt. patient is at the mercy of ward boy who has attitude of another level & no heeds to respectful requests. The plain answer " its not my job" Please sensitise the non medical team to be responsive and empathetic to patients . The least they can do is behave nicely .

Very Poor service. Went there for NTscan & Double Marker.
1. Had to wait 2.5hrs for NT scan evrn after prior appointment was taken
2. I got my double marker test done from here and they gave wrong report with wrong DOB (difference of 10 years in DOB). When i raised this matter they gave another report with again wrong date of birth. Even when i clearly mentioned that the date is wrong and i provided correct date and age.
Highly unreliable system.
Very poor service. If you are getting treated here double check whatever they are saying i wonder what they do with admitted patients when they cannot deliver a correct report at first place.

The hospital is surrounded by commercial buildings and congestion occurs for cars especially as there is no adequate parking facility for OPD patients by the hospital even in basement. The management needs to take care of this as it is the first concern for the visiting OPD patients.

Hiii...This is very good hospital for the all kind of people although it is at slightly at higher cost. Here every kind of service related to almost every disease. Here medical examination is also done for every kind of job and related tings. Here many renowned doctors are available. This is located at very prime location and parking of every vehicle is available. Ambulance is available and can be availed at any time. Thank you very much...

I would say, doctors are very good but at the same time staff isn't so good specially at night time.
It looks like all the staff are overloaded and you have to call them again and again if you need anything..

Sir, relative of ICU pasent waiting room existing in 3rd floor is very poor required improve like Fan for air circulation, sittings arrangement ect. As per flow as reputations of Tricolor Hospital is not satisfied. Allover Doctors and staff behaviour is excellent treatment is also excellent

I suggest everyone don't go to this hospital ever in your life because they are running business not a hospital I have all proof that they have add so many fake entries in bill like biomedical service charges,mrd charges,medical team charges which are all unnecessary charges taken from all the patients.The also do unnecessary lab test which doctor has also not said or written in file or precipitation.The had made hospital as a business.In medicine they are taking over price in surgical items in which market the product price is 10rs they are taking 180rs.Outside medicine they are not allowing they has outside medicine are fake they sell in hospital which is only original medicine. Fighting for medicine staff also not cooperative I request you all don't go to this hospital ever.

When I called the nurse, she just asked what happened from where she was sitting--she didn't even bother to get up and come over
