Excellent Care During Heart-Related Tests I recently underwent several heart-related tests and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and support from the staff. In particular, Sasikala madam, who conducted the TMT (Treadmill Test), was exceptional. She clearly explained the procedure stage by stage, which greatly eased my concerns. The staff handling the ECG and Ultrasonic tests also provided excellent support, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. My sincere thanks to the entire team for their outstanding care.

I visited Apollo Clinic on Friday, 13th June for my annual health check-up. Unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. I was made to wait until 4:30 PM without any clear communication on the delays or pending procedures. Only when I asked did they inform me that I was expected to wait till 6:30 PM for the blood reports and the doctor consultation. I also had to remind them that the Pap smear test was still pending, only then did they suggest I come the next day to give the sample, collect the reports, and consult the doctor. I was asked to return on Saturday for the Pap smear test because the gynecologist was supposedly unavailable on Friday. However, to my surprise, when I returned the next day, I found that the same doctor had been available till at least 1 PM on Friday itself -- and I had arrived at 9:30 AM. It's been over 10 days, and I'm still waiting for the Pap smear report. Despite following up and being assured of a callback, I haven't received any update since last Thursday. Had the test been done on Friday itself, I could have avoided a second visit and completed the doctor consultation at my convenience using the online reports. Additionally, a word of advice, if you're going for a fasting test and planning to stay for some other tests, carry your own food. There's no nearby option available for breakfast or lunch.

I had booked for annual health checkup, and I had an excellent experience. From registration to the end of the process, everything was smooth and well-organized. The clinic was exceptionally clean and easy to navigate, which made the visit hassle-free. The staff were very helpful especially Mani from Xray,he guided me through each procedure, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The technicians and doctors were equally impressive

I have recently visited this clinic for a viral fever. They did all blood testing and ended up giving me just dolo and some prebiotics. I had a fever of 103-104, and when I visited the clinic, they didnt even bother to give an IV. Tried thier medicine for 2 days, and my fever kept on increasing, so switched to antibiotics prescribed by another doctor and I survived. On top of all this, they kept on disturbing me with phone calls, because they had some account mismatch. Overall, the 4-5k spent here was a total waste of money and I will never go back there again and will never recommend this place to anyone. They are just surviving with the brand name of Apollo.

His communication skills are excellent, and he made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit.
