Very unprofessional and extremely rude staff. There was a genuine emergency, and I had already informed the receptionist in advance. Though closing time was mentioned as 8:30 PM. I called multiple times while I was stuck in traffic to keep them updated. Despite my efforts, we reached the clinic at 8:06 PM. However, the way the receptionist spoke to us was completely unacceptable. Not only was the clinic closed early, but her tone and attitude were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Even if the doctor was unavailable, there are respectful ways to communicate that to patients. It's disappointing to see such behavior from someone who is the first point of contact at a clinic.

Had a very pleasant and efficient interaction with Doctor and clinic staff. Consulting Dr.Deepa for my family members past one year, and it has always been very good. Appointment management by front desk needs to improve. Learn to smile and be courteous.

Dr.Deepa ( opthalmologist) attended me.She is one of the best opthalmologist in Sahakaranagar.She examines with patience and talks warmly. I had a good experience in care and cure.

Strong Warning: Never purchase frames or lenses from this shop - my experience was appalling and borders on malpractice. They are grossly incompetent at making even basic powered lenses. After my power increased, I had my eyes tested here and placed an order. The lenses delivered had a severely blurry periphery, rendering them unusable. When I raised this issue, I was repeatedly told to submit the lenses for correction. Each attempt only worsened the problem. Finally, instead of correcting it, they simply produced lenses with my old power and handed them back. Shockingly, the in-house doctor herself confirmed that they had dispensed the wrong power lenses. I was charged 3,500 for this defective product. This is unacceptable and deceptive business practice--poor quality, negligent service, and a complete lack of technical expertise. This shop is unfit for dispensing lenses and should be held accountable. I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs. The doctor is competent, but the lens-making service is reckless, unprofessional, and potentially harmful to your eyesight.

Eye specialist Dr Deepa took sufficient time and care to understand my son's eye related problem. Sure was patient enough to diagnose with care before concluding next steps. Appreciate it!

The place has really good doctors like Dr Sachin and Dr Deepa but this place needs better reception management they are not able to manage schedule and no customer service. Today I had appointment with Dr Deepa at 12:20 PM and a call at 12 asking me to come immediately and I came in 5 min to see there is a patient inside and another one who's appointment is at 12.10 waiting and I had to sit here for 20 -30 min for no reason

The clinic is neat and clean. I was well taken care of by Dr. Shama Shetty ENT specialist and I am quite happy about the treatment in Sparsh Hospital.Thanks for the doctor and the staff assistants. Vijaya.

I was treated by Dr. Sachin and he has been very supportive and advised me with good diet and health care habits, his treatment and guidance has helped me loose weight and show significant improvement in my diabetes, thyroid level. I am very satisfied with the clinic and care given. Thank you.
