Dear Dr Ganesh Nallur Shivu, I am grateful since I am your cardiac patient past nearly 2 years. I came to you when I had atrial febrillation and tachycardia in severe discomfort with Shortness of breath. God sent you examined me and took care of me. You treated me with kindness and answered all my queries and made me feel comfortable. You took time to examine me and advised me the change of my medication as needed. My BP was 165/110 and you stabilized to normal level. On 6 th of Aug when I came to emergency with Severe shortness of breath and anxiety,with pulmonary congestion you took care of me and by 4 pm I was feeling much better and returned home at 8 pm. Since you changed my medications past two weeks I am totally a new individual .no SOB ,energetic,happy with good night sleep,maintaining normal vital signs daily, good appetite.i feel great and feel younger though I am reaching 90 yrs old December 2nd.
