It is good Hospital. The hospital location is good and we can notice from the main road. Facilities: They are charging more so facilities are also good. From registration to leaving the hospital everything is managed properly. There are many desks for customer help. After all, sometimes we need to face big queues since the hospital is very crowded. Staff: The hospital staff is very helpful and working hard to satisfy their customers. They are polite and guiding customers at every steps of check-up. Cleaning: The hospital is very clean. Restrooms are also very clean and some restrooms are having touchless taps as well. Dustbins are also emptying in a timely manner. Building: There is one main entrance and many other entrances are also there. The main entrance is big and security checks are there. It has 3 floors, ie. Basement l, Ground and 1st floor. Two big size lifts are there. The reception area is very big. Parking: The hospital parking is big but vehicles are not parked in the proper way. Security guards are not guiding drivers where to park. Canteen: There are two canteens. One is inside which is only for patients and hospital staff (I guess) and one is outside inside the parking area. The food is very good inside the hospital canteen but not so good on the outside hospital canteen. I have attended some lunch pics of the inside canteen food. Overall I was very impressed by the hospital cleaning and staff behaviour. I had visited for a full body check of my friend. We reached by 8 am and left the hospital by 4 pm after completing all ~65 health checks. So maybe you can understand the level of the crowd.

This hospital has lots of footfall. The doctors are good and always busy. Walk-in queues take too long to clear. Prefer prior appointments. It's one of the oldest hospitals in the Manipal group.

Pros- Drs are good Cleanness is good ... Cons- Over priced Bad service by staffs mostly who are arranging slots. No proper order or details ... Waiting time is too long for any test/ultrasound/xray...

Very helpful, easy to find, first go for new candidate registration Rs 250. Then go for which dept you wanted. Caridio dept 1st floor. Ent -1 floor . Cardio dr rate rs 900 , echo rate Rs.3100, TMT rate rs 3100, ENT DR RATE RS. 750 OTHERS TEST OF ENT RS.1300. Almost Each and every treatment done here with in limited time, you get all information in manipal app available in play store, very clean all staff very helpful, inspite of different languages they can easily help you, full of bengali staffs and bengali patients.

This is one of the best hospital in Bangalore.service is pretty good.if you visit this make sure you make a I'd card from manipal and next time it will help you that what was your last problem,what are the medicine you have taken,actually the card will keep your all info which been treat in manipal. There is all the department. People from forging communities there is a benefit point for them,there is a money exchange counter(just next to the entrance/security check point).it can help who wants to exchange money.best part is they don't take much comission..(20 USD =1435INR )you will get easily 1430 at least..as the dollar value is big,less comission they will take...if you see the treatment-the doctor are really awesome..there treatment is so good that people come from everywhere.but it is a bit of expansive hospital..there is also temple and canteens available inside and outside as well...this all thing makes manipal hospital more special

I came here to see Indonesian people who had a anemia aplastic son. She came far away from rural area because she know from internet that this hospital had a great treatment. Hope he will be better soon

Went there for a checkup. If you value your sanity and time, go somewhere else. The entire process is poorly contrived. There is no process. You go from one queue to the next. Except for the nurses who took the blood, everybody else was just miserable and felt like they didn't want to be there. The people giving directions were clueless. Some guy told me to go for a consult. The doctor said the tests before the consult were not done. So I ended up wasting more than 90 minutes. In the basement where the health checkup is done has no AC or it's not working. So it's hot. They take in more people than they can handle just to make more money without really thinking if they can really give a decent service. How they don't have a screen with token numbers etc to show who goes next is mind boggling. The poor staff have to keep shouting out the name of the patients. And if the patient is not there for whatever reason, you've no clue if your name was called. Just a poorly managed hospital.

Never go for the Health Check Up here. There is no order while conducting the tests. They will make you wait for long in between tests and your concerns will not be addressed by the staff. The staff will not even tell you how much time is pending for tests. The process is completely chaos. The only thing that they do orderly is taking the bill after that they will start behaving arrogantly. Been 7 hours still my health check up is not done
