Non trustworthy, Miscommunicate, Lack of credibility , Never stand by their words, Rude behaviour , No ethical values because I have come to this hospital just to take doctors opinion on mom's Body check up reports without my mom presence as there was no complaints and reception staff agreed and took appointment, and fee and made me to wait for more than 2 hours and doctor response was like "he can't view somebody else's report and he literally asked me to move away from his sight " and immediately staff also behaving (strange) started blaming me that " I have come without patient and they were like they don't have time to speak to me as they have many other patients to look into "If this is the case why they have to waste my time? Why they have to take an appointment? Why they have to take consultation fee? Why they have to miscommunicate? and moreover they were not able to refund however after asking multiple times they have refunded the fee. There are certain ways to communicate to the patients politely we are also humans and understand but doctor and staff response was extremely rude, I don't have any personal grudges on you to give negative review however had an extremely bad experience and faced a lot of hassle due to the insensitive nature of your doctor as well as clinic. Let me not waste my time again here.

Doctor is good but unfortunately they have a very rude receptionist. .she doesn't have any ethics, doesn't know how to speak to people. so i dont perfer to visit again, plz change her it may spoil your patient's

Doctor with a wide and deep knowledge of Cardio. Worth consulting if you have complicated issues

Doctor is good but the wait time is too much. I feel for showing reports a dedicated time can be given so that people do not wait for longer hours for a few minutes discussion.

Dr. Sanjay Bhat is an experienced cardiologist he is very good in diagnosing the problem and prescribing medicines. The arrogant receptionist has been changed recently so there should not be any more issues with appointments. Even though appointments are given at a certain time one has to wait for his turn since every patient's case will be different. So if one is prepared to wait then they will get very good treatment.

Overall experience was good , and the good part is that the receptionist is talkative but not arrogant, she gives good suggestions and tries to keep the waiting crowd cool as everyone would be stressed before consulting a cardiologist. Maybe we misunderstood but her moto is good . Coming to number of tests we didn't felt that they are doing which are not required those the process of evaluation of the issues we report commenting on the same without an knowledge would not be an appropriate. Waiting time is long yes I too agree but remember always best doctor tends to run late due to more inflow of the patients ,. But still I appreciate the doctor patience to stay untill late night to consult a last patient.

Doctor is never on time. We had an appointment @5pm and the doctor showed up after 2hrs. If this is the case, why such a high consulting fee. DoctorsProfiteers
