It's a wonderful hospital i have ever seen in whole electronic City.... With all reasonable cost... The whole staff is very good caring especially nurse shashi she done a great job recently I had my delivery in the hospital and it went .so smoothly ... I'm so happy with the great packages. I would strongly recommend this hospital.....

I have admitted for 3 days for fever and iron deficiency, the doctor and staffs were very friendly, I'have been given friendly treatment, Dr. Bharath and Dr. abhinav I thank fully for emergency services and best treatment. The medical check-up was comprehensive and included a thorough physical examination, laboratory tests, and imaging studies. The results were promptly available, and the doctor took the time to discuss the findings and provide personalized recommendations. And the front office staff were friendly, courteous,and professional, making me feel at ease throughout the process.

We have admitted here for my maternity. We have chosen this hospital because of the affordable price in this area.The staffs are very friendly and kind they supported us throughtout our stay there. I was recently admitted to Spring Leaf, and this was my first experience with the hospital. I would like to highlight that Dr. Bharat was excellent in explaining everything in detail, and the care provided by the entire team from security, reception, to nursing staff was truly commendable and caring. However, I observed several issues with managing team , especially regarding the basic infrastructure and processes. The bed provided was completely rusted, the baby cradle's net was torn and unusable, and the TV in the room was extremely small and not functional making it difficult even to follow something as simple as a cricket match score, which is the only source of entertainment for attendants. Additionally, most medical equipment appeared old and rusted. Basic hygiene provisions like sanitizers and soap were missing in the room. The overall processes are highly unorganized and poorly structured, worse than what I have seen even at St. John's Hospital. Hope these things will be streamlining with basic facilities and setting proper operational processes, it will be difficult to retain the excellent doctors and nurses they currently have, as even the best staff can only do so much in a poorly managed environment. Spring Leaf has great potential with its in-house team, but urgently needs better infrastructure and process improvement to match the quality of care being delivered by its staff...the rating 4 is only for Doctor and staffs.

The staff, nurses, and doctors (DR. Sri Lakshmi) at Springleaf Hospital take care of us like their own family. They are fabulous and have supported my family, including taking care of my kid as well. Thank you for all your support.

The treatment I got is so well the doctors are available for evry time and the nurse service also very good. They treated in friendly manner overall treatment is so good and worthful.
