I underwent Liver transplantation surgery on 12 July. Excellent care by Suvarna mam pre and post operative phase, I am sharing my experience briefly. My interaction with her in the last 30 odd days has been exceptional. If I had the option to rate 5000 stars in this review, i will give her that. She is an asset wherever she is there ...one instance I can tell you, on midnight of last SUNDAY 3 AM, we had to call her as an emergency, (Arey baap ....who in this world will answer at that hour that too sunday and off duty) She is a wonder woman, she handles all her staff, monitors well and handles patiently . .some of the staff I remember and have built relationship allotted to be with me...fondly thank Mr Sanjay, Mr Savio Thomas, let them have a great future....they were of great help...some other nurses I remember Priyanka, Rashi, lots more who were always helpful, ward boy Hanumalingaiah, Ramanna, Shibir...so many other nurses I lost count of ..thank you to dieticians, physiotherapists" namely Shalini, Becky, Nivedita, Arun and team... Thank you once again for care provided by Suvarna mam Thanks to key co ordinator Lokesh, good human ...charan sir for making our insurance query handling smooth, Rajalakshmi and team at the billing... The main surgeon Dr.Sunil Shenvi who operated on me ...I am inspired to donate my organs through this gesture....i am able to walk, talk. Climb stairs, thank you Trustwell for keeping the trust....thank you again !!!

There is no doubt about Trustwell Hospital's reputation and Dr. Deepak Haldipur's expertise--he is regarded as one of the top ENT specialists, and rightly so. However, the waiting experience for consultations needs to be addressed seriously. While a delay of 30-45 minutes is understandable given that every patient's case is different, waiting for over 3 hours for a scheduled consultation is extremely difficult, especially for patients who are already unwell. The reason provided was that the doctor was attending an emergency surgery and had to step away multiple times. Emergencies are a part of medical care, and we completely respect that. However, if these are pre-scheduled surgeries and not sudden trauma cases, it is only fair that they are not slotted during outpatient consultation hours. Making sick patients wait for such long durations creates unnecessary physical and emotional strain. I truly hope the hospital administration and the ENT department take this feedback constructively and implement better scheduling practices. Respecting patients' time and condition is just as important as providing excellent medical care.

This is to commend the excellent service given by Dr Pramukh N and his team. My jaw surgery here went uneventful. Dr Pramukh was instrumental from diagnosing the problem to giving the most apt solution for the same. The experience of the surgery and post operative care waa excellent.

Doctor Swathi was very helpful and informative. Took a lot of time to explain everything and was very patient. Doctor Praveen is very helpful and knowledgeable too. Thanks for the diagnosis and treatment.

My mother had kidney transplant here few weeks ago.. We cant thank the hospital and doctors enough for the support and care we received. From the transplant co ordinators - Lokesh and Suvarna, they helped us through each step of the way and guided us the process, as no one knows the process until we go through it. On the day of surgery, we were counselled and given right information on details and risks. The nephrologist team - Dr. Aravind ( whom we have been following up with for 5 years now, through dialysis), Dr Syeda for the support and step by step guidance is excellent. Dr Vinod supporting the entire process. After the transplant the ICU staff and nurses took excellent care, while we could rest our eyes peacefully at home. We supported their need of having less to no visitors as immunity is very low in transplant patients. Big shout out to Mr. Balakrishna for his moral support everyday, and Mr Prashanth for supporting us in all the process with no delays. All said and done, our experience with Trustwell hospital was only cos of Dr. Adithya Moorthy, who recommended us to Trustwell. Excellent care and follow up.. thanks to the entire team for all support and care provided. My mother is recovering steadily and well. We got a very good response for the insurance coverage and GIPSA package was provided. This covered a good deal of expenses and documentation was managed easily.

I had a wonderful experience at Trustwell Hospital for my pregnancy consultation. I was under the care of Dr. Ambuja B N, and she is truly an excellent doctor--very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident throughout the consultation. The hospital's overall services are very good.
