My father went to check up after office with mother. He was feeling unusual but as my father was last patient he done check up but didn't do ecg . 10 pm Then we went back home and at ground floor he had sudden pain so we took him to doctor again but he died in rickshaw.. 11pm Then doctorcame like Catwalking and declared my father dead.. His simple ignorance cost my father life.. Also staff is so rude when I went to talk to them for appointment early that day they talked rudely like why are they going to come late.. I lost my dad.. Misleading Information, Poor Management, and Unprofessional Staff at Karwa Hospital. I would like to share a deeply disappointing experience with your hospital. Despite claiming to be open 24x7 on Google, the hospital is actually closed between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM. Even though it's mentioned that appointments start at 4:30 PM, the reality is far from it. When I called at 4:30 PM, the receptionist informed me that appointments would only begin after the maid finishes cleaning the floor -- clearly showing a lack of professionalism and preparedness. To make matters worse, calls to the hospital often go unanswered. Although appointments supposedly begin at 4:30 PM, the doctor doesn't even arrive until 6:00 PM. This misleads patients and wastes valuable time, especially in urgent situations. The hospital staff is extremely rude and indifferent. In case of emergencies, there is no prioritizations of critical cases. Their go-to solution for every concern seems to be admitting the patient. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from an institution that presents itself as a 24x7 healthcare facility. I hope the hospital management takes these issues seriously and implements necessary improvements in transparency, staff training, and emergency care.

Don't take your family members or friends to karwa hospital my mother was admitted stating pneumonia and all heart related heavy dose medicine was given for 5 days and prescription for 1 month below pharmacy and hospital are running for their profits only one one is worried about patient here. don't admit here anyone.

Worst, experience have to wait for long period, Receptionists are not experienced and are over smart treating patients very badly i would suggest not to go here

I visited first time in this hospital Very bad experience staff was good but Dr Karwa was very bad,rude and arogent Dr should always polite with there patients And give genuine treatment to pateint and should Suggest What to do and What to not do Please don't take your family members Don't want to give 1 rating also but page is not moving further other wise 0 rating

No doubt the doctor is good and experienced but he charges 600 for first visit and check you in 60 seconds. He just asks you what is the problem, checks you and prescribes medicines. He does not take trouble to explain your issue to you. I understand talking to so many patients is difficult but I think he can spend at least a minute to explain the issue and medicine to patient.

Dr is good for heart related consultation or for other disease. But i faced one situation where i went to the karwa hospital at night with my mother. she was facing heart ache. Night doctor took a ECG and report was normal stiill though all doctors including dr B M Karwa were trying to convince me for admission of patient. That was hiralious experience with karwa hospital.

Worst services nurse are so helpless snd not even not even have manners to talk with patient
