Mahajan Heart Clinic-Interventional cardiologist in Kalyan-TMT test in Kalyan

I can't say much about doctors capabilities as he just asked us for test and there on heart was colluded with bad experience. ***Very arrogant/unprofessional Clinic staff and doctor didn't even tried to know the truth. I know you should back your people but at expense of professionalism???*** We took appointment for my mother-in-law who stays in palava which is 12 km away. in first appointment doctor sounded decent. he asked us to do some test and come for follow up. On next appointment, When my wife and mother-in-law reached there by spending 150 rs on auto, clinic was closed(back to palava another 150). My wife confronted that they even haven't called to informed. She arrogantly replied, I called but you may not have picked up. There was no call in call log, No SMS as well. When told her that atleast have some guilt, She goes on to say that go to other doctor. Because we have done test and wanted to go for follow up we took next appointment. This time we called for confirmation, she asked us to come 1 hour before appointment which wasn't possible for us. it was clearly looking offensive to keep us waiting. My wife said she will come at appointment time. This time because of previous bad experience we recorded discussion so that we can testify it to doctor. Then suddenly she canceled the appointment and said speak to doctor. Doctor even didn't tried to hear us and ***told us that say sorry to receptionist to get appointment***. very unprofessional. If someone wants to testify, I can share both conversations with Doctor and very arrogant receptionist. Do they care about their patients? in hindi what said. 'Chai se ketli garam' but to add to it I can say 'ketli garam par chai thandi' Please make sure you call up to confirm before going. Response to Clinic Comment:- I am getting fond of respondent's memory as their response came after 2 years of my posting review and they still remember that they called us. I think they bother to respond when they found power of feedback. I hope that they get it as feedback instead of rebuking with made up answer and imrove on their service. Good thing is many doctors are now having digital processes to avoid wasting patients time. Something you can also look at Doctor. Also, we are not heartless if they would have atleast bothered to tell us that doctor was in emergency instead of rebuking.

Dr is very cool and good. But we have wrost experience about one staff member an old lady. We have done consultation, ECG and 2d Echo. The bill amount was around 5000. Being a new patients we were not informed that they accept only cash.. Nor there was a board in clinic for the same. In such pandemic situation no one carries cash. That old lady's behavior was so rude like we are running without giving money. She was not allowing to go out of clinic. My hasnand managed the cash and called me to collect it as being the crowdy station road there was no place to park the car. But that lady is not alloing me to go. We are not against the cash payment but they should informed earlier.I asked the staff to place a board in clinic about cash payment But that lady simply said we are not going to place a board. This is very troublesome and frustrated. Being human beings there should be at least some trust. No patients like to take free treatment. I am not having any complains about doctor. But requesting him to take some action so that no patients will suffer more.

Dr vivek mahajan is one of the great cardiologist in thane dombivali kalyan area. I honour his opinion in heart attack, i got Correct diagnosis treatment counseling n treatment

People staying in this suburb please approach to Dr Zakia Khan Ma'am. She is the best cardiologist and senior to Dr Vivek Mahajan.

For 2D Eco it costs 2500 plus consulting charges 1500.. Won't recommend if don't have a big pocket..

Have u ever heard about One time resolution. Dr. Mahajan is all about that. I got one time solution.
