New Hospital with well behaved and qualified staff. Excellent team of experienced and Skilled Doctors. Very clean and spacious interior. Prompt services. Felt homely with how they treat patients and their relatives. Great experience.

Worst hospital on earth. I remember Covid 2022 days. This hospital looted many innocent people. It was like concentration camp. WORST HOSPITAL ON EARTH

Worst hospital ever no doctors available on time and they don't know how to diagnose n how to treat There's no light at night... Only one sister at per shift for all ICU NICU general ward Mavshi n mama n sisters r doing well but I think doctors r not qualified all up bhaiyya doctors who came from chalu University Don't go Even they don't have card or any online payment options for hospital I paid my all bill on admins personal gp no N i asked for bank account details of hospital so they told me our account is in Minus Have you ever seen like this in any hospital? Covid has been the most dangerous thing nowadays. But when it comes to our family. We all are afraid of it.. But no I was wrong. This hospital has the best treatment and environment just because of good doctors and nurses my close one got recovered every soon. They provide every patient with excellent care and love.. Thanks to the hospital who made us believe that there are still good people's

They are faking as they have oxygen and remdesivir injections while admission process. Once admited they don't treat for 1 day and after 1 day they will ask us to make your own arrangements. They are not even treat patient at all at 1st day and 2nd day morning they will do only blood test not even citi scan. Please be aware if anyone wants to admit here. Having very bad experience.

1) Hospital is no where taking responsibility on patient condition, just for injection also they just give prescription to family relative member and tell to bring the injection and as per the rules it is the duty of hospital to arrange the any injection then why patient is admitted in hospital if patient relative have to arrange the injection for it. 2) Billing management is so worst there is so mismatch at the time of discharge time it take 4 hours to complete the process. 3) Doctor are not experienced in report they will mentioned 80 percent Lung Infection still they will Ask for injection and plasma they are just experiment on patient And so that daily bill will be increased they willl not talk about discharged 4) Hospital staff are pressuring to patient For hospital bill an allWorst experience I have it because patient was not in a condition to talk but still patient was saying pay the hospital bill to them due to torture of staff

Great treatment & sincere Doctor.they have alway provided mi with Excellent covid treatment a long with necessary follow ups & Great Advice to Help mi look after the health. Tha hospital if lovely & very clean , the front office is very helpful & Doctor & Nurses are very good & there wark . Thank for year's of Excellent care .

The most pathetic covid hospital one can opt for.. the reception staff is least helpful.. on the day of discharge they kept us waiting for 5 hours to get the file ready so that we can make the payment n leave.. however at the end they were still not able to do so.. at the end we just made the payment and left.. After multiple follow ups the final bill was received almost after 10 days of discharge.. The pathology lab associated with the hospital is hopeless. They start following up for the bill payment from the day of testing and behave as if you are gonna run away from the hospital without paying them.. also they charge very high for the tests as compared to known good labs like SRL.. the most important thing is that the hospital charges you for the whole day even for the day of discharge. As per them their system is from night 12 to 12 so even for the day of discharge you have to pay full amount... The doctors are reluctant to talk to you over the phone and give any updates of the patient unless you are behind their life for it.. during the course of the hospitalisation they don't share any reports of the patient with you... to top it the food that comes for the patient is spicy.. even for the the highest paid room the ward boys come and try to take the in room facilities from the patients saying the owner's relatives room doesn't have the stuff so we have to take it away from your room to make the owner's relatives comfortable.. overall a pathetic experience.. and trust me I admitted my mother through reference and still had to go through all this.. just imagine if you go all on your own. God save the patient...
