A better infrastructure but blamed due to low utilisation and neglengency what lead the patient condition more serious gradually. We rushed here for treat ment of my brother sufferd from liver diseas . He is in serious condition that he even not able to eat anything regularly vomiting and diehrea make the condition worst.. But they still neglect to treat but I love the caring systeem I mean regular sanitation and food facility and nurse the way they behave and care. Just not happy with doctors

Bhubaneswar KIMS Hospital is big in appearance but the treatment is not that good.There are most trained doctors there.There is no senior doctor or any good professor there.My brother's daughter was admin there since 11 5 2025.Whoever asked the doctor how the child was, he always said that the child was not well.The child was admitted for 7 days! The doctors there said that our neurosurgery doctor comes and will see your child. Half an hour turned into 16 hours.no neurosurgery doctor came.When we asked their doctor, you said that the neurosurgery doctor is coming. In half an hour it has become 16 hours. Why is he not coming now?Kims hospital is so big, is there only 1 neurosurgery doctor there?After that we had to discharge our child.I asked a lot of people there, some have been lying there for 10 days, 15 days or 20 days. There are children there. I think there is no recovery even after any treatment. 80% of the people are not recovering there. Only 20% are recovering.This is a very sad thing.Even counselling is not taking place there.Communication is not good even among the doctors.

Private rooms offer a tranquil space for rest and recovery, while the general wards are well-maintained and spacious. However, the discharge process can be cumbersome and time-consuming, requiring patience from patients and their families. Streamlining this procedure would greatly enhance the overall patient experience. Despite this drawback, the hospital remains a top choice for medical care.

Although I have been very satisfied with KIMS Hospital in the past, I must express significant disappointment with the level of care observed during my recent visit to the Pulmonary HDU (E-BLOCK basement). Key concerns include the lack of physician presence, resulting in nurses undertaking primary patient care responsibilities. Compounding this, ward staff were not assisting patients with basic needs like restroom access, a critical issue exacerbated by the policy prohibiting attendants from entering the ward. This situation has caused considerable concern and dissatisfaction among multiple attendants present regarding patient welfare in this section.

One of my friends was admitted for juvenile arthritis treatment, and the care was excellent. The doctors were highly professional, diagnosis was accurate, and the treatment was effective. He stayed for 4 days, and the total bill was surprisingly affordable. Really impressed with the service and compassion shown. Highly recommended!

The behavior of the staff is not good but the doctors are good I went to that hospital for my father's PET CT scan, but they gave me the PET CT scan report after 12 days My father's PET CT scan was done at BSKY That is why he got it delayed If you pay cash for the work, it comes in 24 hours and if you do it through a scheme, it should come in 7 days. But it was given to me in 12 days Please Kims Hospital, poor people are trusting you and going to you for treatment. The doctors are good but your staff is not good I hope this mistake does not happen again Thanks

I visited KIMS Hospital for a minor emergency but faced long delays, repeated questioning, and poor management. The billing was slow, and an intern mishandled my saline, causing pain and swelling. The hospital should focus more on emergency response, staff coordination, and better training for interns. Patients expect timely and professional care, especially in emergencies.

Terrible Experience at This Medical Facility I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this medical center. I went there for a laser treatment, but it turned out to be a complete ordeal. To begin with, the charges were unreasonably high, and the services provided did not match the cost at all. Over the first 2-3 days, they conducted several unnecessary tests, wasting both time and money. Initially, they assured me that my health insurance card would be accepted, but later they declined it, forcing me to deposit 60,000 in advance. Even after receiving the money, for 2-3 days they failed to provide proper food and water. Each day, they claimed that my treatment would happen soon. They would take me to the operation theater and then send me back, saying the time was over and it would be done the next day. This behavior continued for two days, leaving me both mentally and physically exhausted. There was a complete lack of proper communication, hospitality, and basic care. It was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
